Topic: Yes I'm still alive!

Hey guys. I just wanted to check in and let you know I'm still around.

Things have been very busy for me so I haven't had much time to game lately.

I started a new senior management job at an engineering / energy consulting company and it is a very demanding job. Besides managing a staff and hiring new staff, we are a remote office (the HQ is in Rhode Island) so I have to manage the building and everything that goes with that as well. I am trying to find a cleaning crew, need to get the break room set up with a fridge, water, and microwave, need to get computers and network stuff set up, dealing with door lock issues, etc.

Anyway, I plan on getting MW2 and joining you guys with that. Give me another week or so. I also would like to join you in whatever other new games you pick up in the future. I probably will only be able to play Fridays and Saturdays for now. I'm trying to get to bed at a good time and trying to leave myself time to workout in the morning so I don't stay up much past 10:00 anymore.

I know what that's like.  I'm still staying away from MW2, but already have BF:BC2 preordered and am playing the beta now.  Seems like a pretty decent game thus far.

Jeff, you may want to wait and see on MW2.  Lately COD: WAW has been making a bit of a resurgence, at least with me.  It's so much more relaxing to play comfortable in the knowledge that people aren't cheating (not a luxury in MW2).  Plus BF Bad Company 2 is going to be released in a few weeks.

OK - WAW sounds better to me anyway. If we could only pry John away from playing poker maybe we can get a crew together.

Was wondering what happend to you. There use to be to things that were constant. Jeff on line and baseball! Anyway could to hear from you too Johnny. Now I feel a little fun coming on this weekend. I have the kids so I'll be free to play. Just need to get TS working again.

Hey guys, nice to hear from you all.  I've been working alot of evenings and nights the past few weeks with two hospitals going live with Kaisers new clinical software back to back.  Will be on tonight, will be back to a normal schedule next week.  I am happy to play whatever everyone else is playing, so that we can get a crew back together.

Wait. . . . ok. . . ok . . . yep. No holes, no blood, and can't hear much. Yep I'm still alive here in Iraq. I'm hoping to start getting up a bit earlier and if I do, I can start playing a few rounds with you guys before I go off to work in the mornings my time. Doing well got hot chow, a bed , roof, a gym and more importantely internet. I'm geting to see alot of the JSS(fob) not much going on just a day to day. I'll see what I can get in to later
