Ok, so here's the deal.  We're pushing to have a successful server.  Our feelings based on years of running game servers is that how we police rules is the key.  What's also as important is how much policing we need to do.  We're all here to have fun, and if admins have to constantly police the server they can't really be having fun.

That being said, here's some basics that help you to have a good time without disturbing ours...

First, respect anything we say.  We don't want to kick or ban people.  We don't even want to warn people.  We just want to have fun.  If we all just play the game the way it's designed and keep the conversations light, there shouldn't be any issues with that at all.

Don't whine!  We're not going to focus on this stuff, but if you're starting to disrupt others on the server because you can't stop complaining about something, that's a problem.  Just keep in mind that some people are better than you, some are not and the point in owning a server is that we can make changes on the fly so how we run the server is the way it is.  If something's bothering you that much, tell us, but don't make a serious issue out of it.  If it is a serious issue that you can't leave alone, maybe another server would be better for you.

Politics, religion, race, etc., etc. should ALWAYS be left at the door.  We don't care if you're a white supremacist so long as you don't talk about it.  We don't care about any of that stuff while we're on the server because we're trying to play a game....  THAT'S IT.  Any of that will instantly get you kicked and/or banned.  Don't test this, it won't result in anything good for you.

Don't recruit for your clan here...  we don't go to your server to recruit.  If you don't have a server for your clan all I can say is maybe you should consider getting one if you want to recruit more people to your group.

Don't glitch, please.  We're not going to make a big deal about it, but if people start complaining (including our own group) then we may ask you to stop.  Either way, this may cause problems...  and again, we don't want that.  Let's just have a good time.  If having a good time means you have to use methods that's unfair to others, then perhaps you should find another server.

If you're interested in joining our clan you should post to the appropriate forum on this website.  Don't ask 50 times on the server about it and don't keep making a big deal about it every time you get on.  Bring it up once or twice, but once we tell you what we expect, let that be the end of it.  If that's a problem, not only will we not recruit you but we'll probably ban you.

If we're playing conquest, don't camp uncappable spawn points (uncaps).  This is generally frowned upon on any server you play on, but some of us feel really strongly about this.  If you need to steal a vehicle, that's fine - just get out as fast as you got in.  If a sniper won't leave the uncap, hunt him/her down and show them who's boss...  just don't hang there waiting for him/her to spawn again.  If you have to keep going back for ONE sniper, then let an admin know about that person and we'll issue them a warning.  We don't care so long as NO ONE is making an effort to catch people spawning for sheer score-padding.  It can very well get you kicked and/or banned.

Finally, have a good time and be mature.  I've known 10 y/o's that can be more mature than some 40 y/o's.  It's an attitude, NOT an age.  So long as you can play to have fun and keep your conversation light-hearted, we'll never have an issue with you.
