Topic: Venom's Cheap Upgrade

It  doesn't look like I will be getting the money needed for a new computer anytime soon.

So... I will be upgrading my computer taking advantage of a Vista malfunction and convincing the wife that I need to fix it.
My current system is as follows;

Vista Home Premium 64
Intel Core2 duo E8400 @3GHz (LGA775 socket, P35 Chipset)
4GB Ram
320 GB HD
NVidia GeForce 8800GT 1GB

What I will be getting:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64  ***  Im thinking about Ultimate but still undecided
Intel Core2 Quad Q9650 @3GHz
4 GB RAM (8 Total)
1TB HD (I would like Solid State, but that's dreaming. I'll stay with regular HD)
I need suggestions on Video Card

The price tag comes to about $700.00 no Video Card included...  If anyone knows how to build an i7 system with 700 or less, I would appreciate it...
