Topic: COD2 Patch v1.2 on XFire

Cindy mentioned the patch was ready to me, so I checked XFire and it's waiting to DL.  She also mentioned that someone from CMH now has issues with his cd key because of it...  Anyone feel like confirming all this?

He probably needs to reinstall the patch. The same thing has happened with CoD1 and UO patches. It's a typical Activision problem.

I have a feeling they mucked up the install on that server.

BTW, if you want a fast download of the patch, get it at the dirt site.

Prolly, but others there said they didn't have any prob's...  except lag.  I played another server just now and it works fine.  Maybe it was a freak deal.
